Unfortunately, there is currently still a "transition phase after PSD2". Many institutes are constantly changing the interface and, as a result, unfortunately still in maintenance work that can lead to failures.
In principle, fino offers a connection to every bank that can also be addressed using the service's bank search. Based on the performance of the bank (possibly difficulties in the interface), fino decides whether the "old way" of the bank is still being addressed (often FinTS or HBCI +), or whether the new PSD2 interface is already being addressed final transition to the "new interface" and associated shutdown of the "old" took place).
Important:
Since the banks are still implementing the PSD2 requirements, there are unfortunately always problems / failures / changes that we take into account as best as possible. Any tips / hints for logging in are offered to the user directly when logging in after selecting the bank.
