Consorsbank – Notes on Account Integration and Login (as of September 2025)

Consorsbank offers online banking for private customers. Account management is available via the online banking portal, the Consorsbank app, or banking software (e.g., HBCI/FinTS).

Login information for Consorsbank online banking:

• User ID: For Consorsbank customers, this is your 9-digit account number plus 3-digit user ID (usually 001). For former DAB customers: 10-digit account number plus 3-digit user ID.
• PIN: Your self-chosen online PIN (at least 8 characters, individually assigned).
• The Consorsbank app is required to authorize transactions and sensitive actions. Since August 2025, the Consorsbank app has completely replaced the SecurePlus app.
• After several failed attempts, access will be blocked for security reasons. Unblocking is possible via support.
• The login credentials are valid for both the online banking portal and the Consorsbank app.

TAN procedures:

• Consorsbank app: Authorize transactions and logins via the app on your smartphone (push TAN, biometric authentication possible).
• The SecurePlus app is no longer supported.
• The setup and management of TAN procedures are done in the Consorsbank app and the online banking portal.

Security features:

• Two-factor authentication is standard for all logins and transactions.
• Consorsbank will never ask you for passwords or codes.

Note in case of problems with bank login via fino services:

• Check your login credentials (account number and PIN) for Consorsbank.
• Ensure that your Consorsbank app is active and functioning.
• Check whether third-party provider access is enabled and valid at your bank.
• If the problem persists, have your login credentials, app, and third-party provider access checked by Consorsbank.
