DKB – Notes on Account Integration and Login (as of September 2025)
DKB online banking enables you to centrally manage your accounts, cards, and securities accounts – around the clock, from PC, tablet, or smartphone. You can make transfers, manage standing orders, use your mailbox, and handle many services online.
Login notes for DKB online banking:
- Access is via your login name (alternatively: DKB customer number or email, depending on your settings) and your personal password.
- To authorize transactions and sensitive actions, a TAN procedure is required (e.g., DKB-TAN2go app or chipTAN with generator).
- If you have problems with your login credentials or password, you can reset them using the “Forgot login credentials?” function on the login page.
- After several failed attempts, access will be blocked for security reasons. Unblocking is possible via support.
- The login credentials are valid for both web banking and the DKB app.
TAN procedures:
- DKB-TAN2go: Authorize transactions via the app on your smartphone (push TAN, biometric authentication possible).
- chipTAN: Generate TANs using a device, independent of your smartphone.
- For securities accounts and credit cards, manual updates may be necessary due to the requirement for two-factor authentication.
Note in case of problems with bank login via fino services:
- Check your login credentials (login name/customer number and password) for DKB online banking.
- Ensure that your TAN procedure (TAN2go or chipTAN) is active and functioning.
- Check whether third-party provider access is enabled and valid at your bank.
- If the problem persists, have your login credentials, TAN procedure, and permissions checked by DKB.
