Account change without online banking/ registration

You also have the option of using the exchange service without registering in online banking.

Possible reasons for this option:

• You don't have an online banking access
• You don't want to log into online banking
• The registration does not work
• You know your few payment partners yourself

Your payment partners are not automatically retrieved from your old account here, but the additional time required is very small - so easily give it a try!

Exactly like changing your bank account with online banking login:

After the account change has been completed, you will receive a link to your personal change status (Wechselstatus) where you can, among other things, initiate your cancellation of the old account.
