After you have completed the account change, you will receive two e-mails at the mail address you saved in the application:

1. The order confirmation:


Contains the message that your change request has been registered and is now technically being carried out.


Here you will find a link to your online payment partners, with whom you can unfortunately only change the bank details online.




2. The link to your personal change status:


The link is always valid for 24 hours. If the link has expired, you will receive a new valid link to your email address after clicking on the link and opening the status.


Note: Your status is always provided with a security question that relates to the personal data you have entered (for example your date of birth).
