The Sparda banks manage their accounts at different data centers. Please first use the table below to check which data center your bank uses and then follow the instructions.
For banks with a Sopra data center:
For a successful connection, your account must support at least one of the following TAN procedures, which you can then choose from:
mobileTAN
ChipTAN
Customer and user number: your 7-digit customer number (current account without 3 leading zeros)
Online PIN: your personal online PIN (not the start PIN)
Attention: The SpardaSecureApp does not support HBCI. If this is your only TAN procedure, you will not be able to log in and an error will be displayed. In order to be able to log in, you have to activate one of the TAN procedures mentioned above in your online banking.
For banks with Fiducia data center:
Nothing special. All TAN procedures are supported

- VR-SecureGo
