  • Your transfer protocol gives you information on how and at what time your payment partner was contacted. This also serves as proof to your payment partner

  • Your payment partner should now confirm the change in bank details.

 

  • Please note that we cannot influence the processes of third parties and that the confirmation is a service provided by your payment partner. If you have any questions, please contact your payment partner.
