To access your netbank account, use online banking or HBCI/FinTS. Please note that transactions and data for the netbank prepaid credit card are not provided directly via the netbank server, but through the PayCenter interface.
Login notes for netbank:
- Checking account and savings account:
- Log in with your netbank customer number or the user ID you set in online banking.
- Use your self-chosen online banking PIN.
- Ensure that your TAN procedure (e.g., mobileTAN, chipTAN) is active and functioning.
- Prepaid credit card (PayCenter):
- Log in with the email address registered with PayCenter and the corresponding password.
- Use the TAN procedure (e.g., mTAN) for authorizations and bookings.
- Transaction retrieval for the prepaid credit card is performed via the separate PayCenter interface.
Special note: Transactions for the netbank prepaid credit card are only available via PayCenter access. Historical data is only available from the first retrieval onward.
Note in case of problems with bank login via fino services:
- Check your login credentials (customer number/email and PIN/password) for netbank or PayCenter.
- Ensure that your TAN procedure is active and functioning.
- Check whether third-party provider (TPP) access is enabled and valid at your bank.
- If the problem persists, have your login credentials, TAN procedure, and TPP access checked by your bank (e.g., your bank advisor or PayCenter support).
