C24 Bank – Notes on Account Integration and Login (as of September 2025)


C24 Bank is a digital direct bank that offers current accounts, cards, multibanking, and other financial services via app and web. All account functions are managed centrally through the C24 app or the web portal.


Login notes for the C24 account:

  • Login is via email address or mobile number and password, possibly with additional two-factor authentication (e.g., SMS code, push notification, biometric).
  • After several failed attempts, access will be blocked for security reasons. Unblocking is possible via C24 support.
  • If you have problems with your login credentials, you can use the “Forgot password?” function or contact support.
  • For transfers and other actions, a TAN authorization via app or SMS is required.


Security features:

  • From October 2025, C24 will automatically check for every transfer whether the recipient name matches the IBAN (recipient verification).
  • All logins and transactions are protected by modern encryption and two-factor authentication.
  • C24 will never ask you for passwords or codes.


Note in case of problems with bank login via fino services:

  • Check your login credentials (email/mobile number and password) for C24.
  • Ensure that your two-factor authentication (SMS, push, biometric) is active and functioning.
  • Check whether third-party provider access is enabled and valid at C24.
  • If the problem persists, have your login credentials, authentication, and permissions checked by C24 support.
