Your account switching package includes a PDF "Send it yourself". Here you will find all payment partners who still need to be informed by you.
Possible reasons for this are:
- The payment partner does not wish to be informed by third parties.
- The payment partner is not yet included in our database
- The payment partner wants the customer to update their new bank details in their own portal. (Applies to: Amazon, Netflix, etc.)
You will also find an up-to-date overview of the payment partners on the page of your personal switch status, which you can still inform yourself.
