Possible reasons for this are:


  • The payment partner does not wish to be informed by third parties.
  • The payment partner is not yet included in our database
  • The payment partner wants the customer to update their new bank details in their own portal. (Applies to: Amazon, Netflix, etc.)


You will also find an up-to-date overview of the payment partners on the page of your personal switch status, which you can still inform yourself.
