Postbank – Notes on Account Integration and Login (as of September 2025)
Postbank online banking enables you to centrally manage your accounts, cards, securities accounts, and other products – around the clock, from PC, tablet, or smartphone. You can make transfers, place securities orders, use your mailbox, and handle many services online for everyday needs or emergencies.
Login notes for Postbank online banking:
- To access, use your personal Postbank ID and password.
- To authorize transactions and sensitive actions, the BestSign security procedure is required (as an app, device, or browser version).
- If you have problems with login credentials or password, you can reset them using the “Forgot login credentials?” function on the login page.
- After several failed attempts, access will be blocked for security reasons. Unblocking is possible via support or by mail.
- Your Postbank ID is your central access for all online services, the service portal, and the digital mailbox.
Note in case of problems with bank login via fino services:
- Check your login credentials (Postbank ID and password) for Postbank online banking.
- Ensure that your BestSign procedure is active and functioning.
- Check whether third-party provider (TPP) access is enabled and valid at your bank.
- If the problem persists, have your login credentials, BestSign, and TPP access checked by your bank (e.g., Postbank support).
