Oberbank – Notes on Account Integration and Login (as of September 2025)


The Oberbank customer portal (internet banking) enables you to centrally manage your accounts, cards, securities accounts, and other products. You can make transfers, manage standing orders, integrate external bank accounts, and use a secure electronic mailbox.


Login notes for the Oberbank customer portal:

  • Access is via your internet banking number (user number) and your PIN.
  • To authorize transactions and changes, use the Oberbank Security App.
  • For your first login, please follow the step-by-step instructions found in the customer portal or directly via the first login guide (PDF).
  • The customer portal is accessible 24/7 and optimized for all devices (PC, tablet, smartphone).
  • After four incorrect PIN entries, your access will be automatically blocked. Unblocking is done via the hotline or your advisor.
  • You can always securely access the login page at: https://www.banking-oberbank.de


Note in case of problems with bank login via fino services:

  • Check your login credentials (internet banking number and PIN) for the Oberbank customer portal.
  • Ensure that your Security App is active and functioning.
  • Check whether third-party provider (TPP) access is enabled and valid at your bank.
  • If the problem persists, have your login credentials, Security App, and TPP access checked by your bank (e.g., your advisor or the hotline).
