For a successful connection, your account must support at least one of the following TAN procedures, which you can then choose from:
Customer and user number: your 7-digit customer number (current account without 3 leading zeros)
Online PIN: Your personal online PIN (not the start PIN)
Attention: The SpardaSecureApp does not support HBCI. If this is your only TAN, you will not be able to log in and an error will be displayed.
