Depending on the type of switch and status, your customer's ticket can be found in different areas of the account switch tool. 



If your new customer switches to your bank, his/her ticket can be found in the "New Bank Tickets" section. 

  • If the change is still active, select "Active" under "Show tickets". 
  • If the change has already been completed or cancelled, select "Done" under "Show Tickets".


If your customer wants to switch to another bank, you will find the ticket in the upper section of your browser under "Tickets previous bank". Here, too, a distinction is made between active and completed switches.
